🗣As brands continue their stride towards a greener future, Nike is going one step further with the upcoming Jordan 1 High Zoom Space Hippie Wolf Grey. While it’s not officially part of their coveted Space Hippie Collection, it borrows many of the pack’s environmentally friendly elements resulting in one of the most sustainable AJ1s ever made.
Boasting an ultra versatile colour palette, the Space Hippie Wolf Grey features a dark charcoal upper that’s crafted from sustainable canvas. A bold “Flash Crimson” stripe runs around the heel for a striking pop of contrast and this feature extends towards the tongue where you’ll find a “Zoom Air” tag. Speaking of which, the tongue has been left with exposed foam for a DIY-inspired aesthetic – a trend that continues to gain more and more traction as time goes on.
Down below, the Nike Air midsole is made from rubber scraps produced through Nike’s GRIND initiative, and to round it all off, multicoloured accents are embedded within the outsole, made up of recycled plastic.
